H.W. oct 16th( Exploring The Managed Heart)
In the article "Exploring The Managed Heart" Arlie Russel Hochschild compares two different jobs with same physical and mental labor held in nineteenth century of seven years old, working child in a wall paper factory who coordinate the state of mind and arm, mind and finger, and mind and shoulder which is called physical labor and the twentieth century of a twenty years old flight attendant with extra emotional labor beyond physical and mental labor who pushes heavy meal carts through the aisles, and she does mental work and mostly hiding feelings and pushes more towards the duties and make herself artificial.
Hochschild refers working child as "instrument of labor" which means working like a machine without stopping at the middle and keep on doing it till the end.On the other side, the flight attendant shows the "emotional labor" that she doesn't really feel from inside but just to create appropriate emotions from outside appearance for the situations like keep smiling and give good service to the customers. So, they are doing that for others but not for themselves.
In this article,"the emotional labor" is described as the things that service workers do that goes beyond physical or mental duties.Showing a genuine concern for the customers needs, smiling and making artificial look from outside hiding their feelings that belongs to flight attendant who keeps coordinate mind and feelings.
I think flight attendant job is worse than a working child in wall paper factory .As i know working in wall paper is more hard job than that and doing the same physical and mental work but flight attendant is emotionally showing fake from outside hiding their feelings and do what they are not from inside. Therefore, i see the word alienation in these jobs where they find themselves doing work for others and pretend like they are doing for themselves. Finally it comes to the end showing flight attendant as more alienated from her job than the working child in a wall paper factory because of the emotionally suppressed by the duties and no fundamental.

Good start - as we discussed with your first essay, you want to be sure to make clear what is your language and what is the text. One way to help is to break up your very long sentences. Look at your first paragraph: it is one, VERY LONG sentence. Look at it and try to rewrite it as several.
